OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN holds pop-up events at hotels, commercial facilities, and events in Japan and overseas. We cook our soup and boil our noodles in the local kitchen, serving freshly made Okinawa soba on the spot — an experience of Okinawan food culture as it is.

At Plumeria Beach House in The Kahala Hotel & Resort, one of Hawaii's most storied hotels, we held "Okinawa Soba by Eibun" — serving Soki Soba, Beef & Bean Sprouts Soba, and Jushi Inari, all prepared from scratch in the hotel kitchen.
