I'd always had a longing to work at an Okinawa soba shop.Among them, EIBUN's atmosphere and the feel of all the staff were so wonderful that I thought, “I want to work here!” — and that's what led me to apply.
In April 2026, our 4th shop, EIBUN palette, opened!Nervous but excited, I took the lead in welcoming customers during the pre-opening and grand opening.There were customers who came all the way to the new shop saying “I'm back!”, and when someone told me they were “200% satisfied,” I was so happy!
For me to learn more and more about Okinawa soba.And to become someone who can give visitors to Okinawa time they'll always remember!
