Okinawa soba is fun — and with Okinawa soba, we want to bring people joy.

It was from this belief that
OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN began.

From the very start, we have walked our path
believing that Okinawa soba can be embraced
not only in Okinawa, not only in Japan,
but around the world.

As we enter our 10th year,

“THE WORLD JUST DOESN’T KNOW YET”
the world simply doesn’t know Okinawa soba yet.

With this as our new theme,
we are preparing to bring Okinawa soba to the world.
