Hello, this is EIBUN.
As our business expands, we are reopening our search for new colleagues!

It has been nearly 10 years since we opened our first shop in Tsuboya, Naha, in April 2016.

This past April, we opened our fourth shop, “EIBUN palette,” in 1-chome Kumoji, Naha.

Okinawa soba is fun, and with Okinawa soba we bring joy.

This is the belief from which “OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN” began.

From the very beginning, we have walked our path believing that Okinawa soba would be embraced not only in Okinawa, not only in Japan, but all around the world.

As we mark our 10th year,

“THE WORLD JUST DOESN’T KNOW YET”
The world simply hasn’t discovered Okinawa soba yet.

With this as our new theme, we are moving ahead with preparations to expand into the world.

We warmly welcome colleagues who can help share EIBUN across Okinawa, the rest of Japan, and the wider world together with us.
