How do the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shops differ?
1st shop “OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN
The very first EIBUN, filled with the owner's passion. Our main shop in Tsuboya.

2nd shop “STAND EIBUN
A shop aiming to expand the possibilities and interpretation of Okinawa soba. It offers shop-exclusive items such as “curry soba” and “aasa (sea lettuce) soba.”

3rd shop “EIBUN tsuboya
A stand-and-eat soba shop, rare for Okinawa soba and almost like an art gallery, taking the expanded interpretation we couldn't fully realize at the 2nd shop even further.

4th shop “EIBUN palette
The first Okinawa soba shop designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates — a flagship shop aimed at customers from overseas, with vegan menu items and more.
When are your regular closing days?
They vary by shop. For details, please check each shop's official Instagram.

Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome.
Guests aged 10 and over are asked to order one bowl each.
Do small children also have to order?
Guests aged 10 and over are asked to order one bowl each.
Is it okay to share a bowl of soba?
Sharing is allowed.
However, guests aged 10 and over are each asked to order at least one noodle dish.
Can I take home soba that I've partly eaten?
For food-hygiene reasons, this is not permitted.
You may take home “juicy” (Okinawan seasoned rice).
Can I get “kama-tama soba” or “tamago-kake juicy” as takeout?
For food-hygiene reasons, we do not offer these as takeout.
If I bring my own container, can I get takeout?
For food-hygiene reasons, we do not offer takeout.
Is it okay to bring in food or drink from outside?
Please refrain from eating or drinking items purchased elsewhere inside our shops.
(Baby food and the like are permitted.)
Can you give change / break a bill?
We do not provide money exchange.
